North Main Music Policies:

Pricing Info:
$109 per month for half an hour lessons
$208 per month for one hour lessons

Reminder: We DO NOT charge registration fees or recital costs.

Automatic Withdrawals:
North Main Music uses Automatic Withdrawals for payments for lessons. We do not accept cash, or checks as payment (Except on TRIAL lessons which we accept cash or check). You can use either your checking account or credit card. The withdrawal will talk place on the first of the month and will pre pay you through the end of the month. This will be more convenient for everyone and be one less bill you have to worry about remembering. The company  use is www.studioautopay.com.

Makeup Lesson Policies:
We offer ONE free makeup lesson per quarter for ANY lesson missed for any reason. However, our current policy of not offering mandatory makeup lessons (other than the one free per quarter) still applies. This includes illness, lateness, etc. We have been very fair with this policy in the past and will continue to be as flexible as possible.

Holidays:
We are closed for the following holidays every year:

New Years Day 1/1
Memorial Day'
July 4
Thanksgiving
Christmas Day 12/25

IF your lesson happens to fall on one of these dates you can either take an additional makeup lesson OR have the prorated amount ($25) of your lesson be deducted from your next months lesson bill.

Weather:
If your lesson is canceled or you cancel due to inclement weather, a makeup lesson will be offered. There will be no refunds or credits.

Teacher Abscesses:
If a teacher misses a lesson, a makeup will be arranged.

Vacations:
If you are on vacation and will be missing one or two lessons, makeups will be offered. If you are leaving for a longer period of time, you can have your lessons made up or have your payments stopped while you are away if we receive a 30 day notice.

Ensemble Payments:
If you are a member of the North Main Music Guitar Army. tuition will be billed  by the month at the current rate of $15 per session. Missed ensembles are not deducted due to the costs of running the group.

Discontinuing Lessons:
We are asking that we are given a 30 day notice to discontinue lessons in order to reschedule the time slot and to discontinue auto withdrawal.
